No. RevSquared has one generic Zapier integration. You paste one Catch Hook URL into it and you're done on the RevSquared side. The Discord part lives entirely inside the Zap you build in Zapier.

Can I bypass Zapier and use a Discord webhook directly?

Yes — if your RevSquared plan lets you set a custom webhook URL, point it at a Discord incoming webhook URL directly. Or use n8n's HTTP node to forward the payload as Discord-formatted JSON.

Do I need a Zapier or n8n account?

If you go through Zapier or n8n, yes. For direct Discord webhooks no third-party tool is needed.

What does the webhook payload look like?

Full call JSON: caller name, phone, email, transcript, AI summary, sentiment, outcome, captured custom fields, recording URL.

Can I @mention specific roles?

Yes — include the role's mention syntax (e.g. ) in the message body and Discord will ping it.
