AIAspen HVAC, this is Rae, how can I help you?
CallerHey, Ray. Uh, yeah. I need to get somebody out here to take a look at my AC.
AIAlright. Are you dealing with no cooling, a leak, or more of a tune-up issue?
CallerNo. Last week, I heard, like, a clanking from the AC. And today, when I go up, it was, like, ninety degrees upstairs. I checked the thing up there. I don't know what it's called, but I checked whatever the AC unit is upstairs. And there was water coming out. So I don't really know what's going on, but just gotta get it fixed.
AIGot it. That leak and clanking puts this in the emergency bucket, and we’ll get someone out today. Quick questions so I can dispatch the right tech. First, what’s the address we’re coming to?
CallerUh, yeah. The address is one four four four Willow Street, Denver, Colorado eight zero two two zero.
AIAlright. Is this a home you own, or are you renting there?
CallerNo. I own the house.
AIPerfect. So, is this a standard central AC with a furnace, or is it a different setup, like a heat pump or mini-split?
CallerNo. It's just like a standard AC. I've got two units outside, and then there's, like, two things inside of the house.
AIAlright. Roughly how old is that upstairs system, if you know?
CallerWell, I mean, we bought the house not so long ago, but I think it's, you know, the age of the house, which is close to fifteen years.
AISounds good. Have you tried turning the system off at the thermostat and checking the breaker yet, or not yet?
CallerYeah. The wife has been on me about getting the AC fixed because the girls' rooms are upstairs. So I tried the breaker, thermostat. Even tried to vacuum out some of the lines upstairs, and it's still just not working.
AIAlright. Let’s get you taken care of today. What’s your first and last name?
AIAwesome. So, is the best call-back number the one you’re on now, or a different number?
CallerNo. This number's fine.
AIGot it. So, I’ll use this number. Let me grab an email for your confirmation.
CallerIt's josh h one two eight seven at gmail dot com.
AISounds good. Let me check the calendar real quick. Alright, I can get an emergency tech headed your way this afternoon. Our window is usually under two hours for leaks like this, and you’ll get a text when they’re about ten minutes out. Before I lock it in, is there anyone at home for the next couple of hours to let the tech in?
CallerYes. What time do you have right now?
AIRight now it’s about three fifty-five PM. We’ll have someone there by around six PM at the latest. Alright, quick recap before I dispatch. I’ve got Josh Holly, best number this one, email josh h one two eight seven at gmail dot com. Service at one four forty-four Willow Street, Denver, eight zero two two zero. Issue is upstairs AC not cooling, clanking noise, and active water leak from the air handler. We’re sending an emergency tech with about a two-hour window. Is that correct?
CallerYep. That sounds great.
AIPerfect. You’re all set. You’ll see that confirmation come through shortly, and the tech will text when they’re close. Thanks for calling Aspen HVAC, and have a great rest of your day.
