Agency or sub-account?

Both. If you're an Agency user, we install at the agency level and you pick which sub-accounts use RevSquared. If you're on a single sub-account, we install there. Takes 5 minutes either way.

What if I use a custom pipeline or custom fields?

That's the whole point. Point-and-click mapping lets you send anything the agent collects — job type, square footage, system age, budget range — into any custom field or pipeline stage you've defined.

Does the call recording get stored in GHL?

Yes. Every call creates a Note on the Contact record with the MP3, the full transcript, an AI summary, and a direct link back to the RevSquared dashboard for deeper analysis.

Can I still use my existing phone number?

Yes. Three options: (1) forward your existing line to a RevSquared number, (2) port your number to us, or (3) provision a fresh number — usually with a matching area code. You pick.

What happens if the GHL API is down?

The agent keeps answering — that's the whole point. Calls get queued locally and sync to GHL the moment the API is back. You never miss a call because of a GHL outage.
