Common workflows

Build the Zaps your shop needs.

One webhook out of RevSquared, then any number of Zaps that route it to Jobber. Here's what teams build.

New service call
JobberJobber client + request

Caller info and job description land as a Jobber client with a service request ready to schedule.

Quote request
JobberEstimate task

Captured scope routes to the office to draft an estimate before the dispatch board fills.

Booked appointment
JobberSchedule update

Confirmed job times sync to the dispatch calendar with full call context.

Emergency call
JobberOn-call alert

After-hours emergencies page the on-call tech with caller location and issue.

How to connect

One webhook. Any Zap you want.

Connect Zapier once in RevSquared. From then on every call posts a full JSON payload — build as many Zaps as you want.

  1. 01

Start a Zap with Catch Hook

In Zapier, create a new Zap. Pick “Webhooks by Zapier” → “Catch Hook”. Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.

  2. 02

    Paste it into RevSquared once

In your RevSquared dashboard, open the Zapier integration and paste the URL. One connection covers every future call.

  3. 03

    Fire a test call

Make a test call (or use the test-payload button). Zapier receives the JSON and shows you the structure to map.

  4. 04

    Add Jobber as the action

In the same Zap, add Jobber as the next step. Pick an action, map the webhook fields into Jobber, and turn it on.

Common questions

Everything else you'd want to know.

  • No. RevSquared has one generic Zapier integration. You paste one Catch Hook URL into it and you're done on the RevSquared side. The Jobber part lives entirely inside the Zap you build in Zapier.

Stop transcribing dispatch calls into Jobber. Build a Zap once — every service call becomes a Jobber-ready request.
