RevSquared + ActiveCampaign. Calls become campaigns.

Common workflows

Build the Zaps your CRM needs.

One webhook out of RevSquared, then any number of Zaps that route it to ActiveCampaign. Here's what teams build.

New inbound call
ActiveCampaignActiveCampaign contact + tag

Caller name, email, and intent create the contact and add a tag like “phone-inquiry” so your automations know where it came from.

High-intent caller

Sentiment + outcome drop the contact into your nurture or sales follow-up automation the second the call ends.

Move the deal forward in your pipeline and set custom fields with appointment time and service type.

Track callers who didn't connect and feed them into a callback sequence so nothing leaks.

How to connect

One webhook. Any Zap you want.

Connect Zapier once in RevSquared and you're set. From then on every call posts a full JSON payload — build as many Zaps as you want.

  1. 01

Start a Zap with Catch Hook

In Zapier, create a new Zap. Pick “Webhooks by Zapier” → “Catch Hook”. Copy the webhook URL Zapier gives you.

  2. 02

    Paste it into RevSquared once

In your RevSquared dashboard, open the Zapier integration and paste the URL. One connection covers every future call.

  3. 03

    Fire a test call

Make a test call (or use the test-payload button). Zapier receives the JSON and shows you the structure to map.

  4. 04

    Add ActiveCampaign as the action

In the same Zap, add ActiveCampaign as the next step. Pick an action (Create/Update Contact, Add Tag, Enter Automation). Map the webhook fields, turn it on.

What you get

What you can build.

01

Auto-create contacts

Build a Zap that creates ActiveCampaign contacts from every AI-handled call — name, phone, email, all mapped.

02

Tag by intent

Drop tags onto contacts based on what the caller asked about so your segments stay clean.

03

Trigger automations

Push qualified callers into your existing AC automations the moment the call wraps.

04

Update deal stages

Move opportunities forward when a caller books, qualifies, or asks for pricing.

05

Score by sentiment

Add lead score points for high-sentiment calls so reps see the hot ones first.

06

Sync custom fields

Map any captured field — service type, urgency, budget — into AC custom fields.

Why teams pick RevSquared for AC

The honest way to wire RevSquared into your CRM.

1 hookup
Connect once

RevSquared has a single Zapier integration. Paste one Catch Hook URL and every call posts to it forever.

Many Zaps
Route however

From that one webhook, build as many Zaps as you want. Create a contact, tag it, drop it into an automation, update a deal — same payload, different actions.

Real-time
Not batched

The webhook fires seconds after the call ends. Your AC contacts and automations reflect today's calls today.

Common questions

Everything else you'd want to know.

  • No. RevSquared has one generic Zapier integration. You paste one Catch Hook URL into it and you're done on the RevSquared side. The ActiveCampaign part lives entirely inside the Zap you build in Zapier.
Pairs well with

Other integrations operators run alongside ActiveCampaign.

Stop typing call notes into ActiveCampaign.
